Willie Tart was born and raised in Laurinburg, North Carolina. As a preacher's son he was taught one of the most important core virtues, how to find strength in troubling times. At the age of eighteen, Willie joined the United States Air Force to begin a new life. Throughout his life, Willie found strength in his most troubled times, times marked with failure, sickness, sadness, and death.
In times of hardship, Willie resorts back to one thing that stands true, "Godly Resolve in Trying Times," (GRITT). GRITT teaches individuals how to develop their faith by learning how to trust, listen and follow God. Willie uses the power of love to help others develop their true GRITT and move beyond their failures, mistakes, sins, past, and others. He lived the audacity that you do not have to be defined by statistics, your past or predictions of those who wish harm on you.
Willie retired after twenty years of service in the United States Air Force. He now serves his country by serving those who serve and continues his father's legacy, by serving the Lord. Willie Tart serves our country in the Navy, Coast Guard, and Marines as a clinical information systems trainer, teaching healthcare providers and their staff how data helps them enhance patient care.
